Common questions
How does the RUT deduction work?
You only pay half the labour cost. We deduct 50% directly from the invoice and claim the rest from the Swedish Tax Agency. Each person can get up to 75,000 SEK in RUT and ROT combined per year. You need to be taxed in Sweden.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many customers leave a key or door code with us. Keys are kept locked away and labelled without an address.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring cleaning products, cloths, mop and vacuum cleaner. Supplies cost 150 SEK per month and are not covered by RUT.
